When we first arrived at Camp 'n' Water Outdoor Resort, we were a bit concerned. We were in a 31' Class A Motorcoach towing a Jeep behind and everything looked really tight for maneuvering in our spot. We had to manually check in (I really like to know where I parking in advance), but it was quick and the attendant was very friendly and helpful.

We proceeded to out designated spot and I was very happy to see that it was on an end so getting in and out was very easy. Some of the inner spots will be a lit harder unless you are a tow behind or fifth wheel. The connections were all good with water, sewer and 50/30 Amp service.

The park itself was full of owners, monthly renters and transients like us. Some lots were kept up very nicely and some looked like they were part of a scene from deliverance. There is a small marina at the back of the park with shuffleboard courts (they need a lot of help), a dog park and a play area. The marina sat on a canal just off the main inlet.

The clubhouse was a bit dated, but in good shape with a nice reception area and a large community room. The restroom/showers were being repaired so men and women had to alternate using the showers.

The area around the park is full of lot's of things to do. There are state parks, Crystal River, FL, many restaurants and bars. You are also only a hour from Tampa/St. Pete area.

We stayed about a week and enjoyed our stay and the location of the park. Bigger rigs need to try and get an end spot if they can.
