Description: Gulf Breeze RV is a small RV Park rectnly completed.  When I went to book a reservation in the area, most places were asking over $100.00 per night with limited availability so we decided to give this place a try.  When I tried booking on-line, their system would not book me for the 3 nights I wanted to stay.  But it would let me book for a week, so I called and spoke with the owner of the site who said they had mostly converted to monthly renters because transient renting was more than they could handle at this time.  He was very nice about it and I ended up renting for 4 days.

As I mentioned the park is very new so everything in it is in excellent working condition.  The sites are pretty small and once you get your RV in, there is not much space to park your TOAD or other vehicle, but we managed just fine.  There are no amenities such as pools, bathrooms, showers or clubhouses so you are basically just getting a spot which was fine with us for this trip.

The sites are level and made up of crushed asphalt.  There is a small concrete patio but no tables.  Woodburning firepits are not allowed, but propane fire pits and grills are.

The transient sites are pretty close to the road, but during the evening the road noise was not too bad. (Of course a few Car Bombs at Paddy O'Leary's helps)

Bottom Line: Gulf Breeze RV is a great place for a stopover for a couple of days or for a monthly rental location if you don't need amenities.  I would not recommend a family with kids to stayas there is not a lot for them to do.  But there are a beaches and restaurants with in a 6-7 mi radius.
